Who we are

Underhill Decorators & Property Renovation, based in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, is the data controller for this website. Questions? Email [email protected].

What we collect

Only what you type into the contact form: your name, email address, phone number and message. We collect nothing else.

When you submit the form we also send a confirmation email to the address you gave, so you have a record of your enquiry.

What we don’t do

No cookies, no analytics, no tracking, no advertising, no newsletters.

Third parties

Cloudflare Turnstile checks that the contact form is submitted by a human (bot protection), and our hosting provider stores the emails we receive. When something on the page or the contact form fails to work, an anonymous error report goes to our monitoring service (GlitchTip) so we can fix it — it contains no advertising trackers and follows no one around the web. No other processors are involved.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are deleted after 12 months.

You can request access to, or erasure of, your data at any time — just email us using the link above and we will respond promptly.
